The Modal with Action Request is a centered pop-up that prompts users to confirm an action before it is executed. It is typically used to verify that the user intends to proceed with a specific operation.

Installing the Modal with Action Request

1. Navigate to the Desired Project:

   • From the Builder Overview, locate and select the project where you want to install the modal.

2. Access the Individual App Canvas:

   • Within the selected project, hover over the desired app and click Access App Flow to open the app where you want to add the modal.

3. Open Add Elements:

   • Click the “+” button on the left side of the app canvas to open the Add Elements panel.

4. Search for the Modal:

   • Use the search bar to find Modal with Action Request.

5. Drag and Drop to Install:

   • Drag the modal onto the app canvas screen.

Configuring the Modal with Action Request

1. Connect to a Data Document:

   • Hover over the modal and click Edit.

   • Link the modal to the appropriate Data Document. This will allow the modal to interact with the necessary data for the action being confirmed.

2. Build the Form in Element Studio:

   • After connecting the modal to the Data Document, hover over the modal and click Access Element Studio.

   • In Element Studio, start building the form by adding the necessary elements (e.g., text fields, dropdowns, buttons) to structure the action request.
