The user profile is where you customize your Naologic user and set various preferences such as language, phone number and profile picture.

How do I set my profile picture?

1. Navigate to your default avatar/profile picture in the top right of the header

2. Choose My account

3. Next, you'll land in My profile

4. Hover over your avatar and click Add profile picture

5. Select an image from your device and insert

6. Save your changes

How do I set my preferred language?

1. Navigate to your default avatar/profile picture in the top right of the header

2. Choose My account

3. Next, you'll land in My profile

4. Identify the Language field, expand the dropdown and select your preferred language

5. Save your changes

How do I link my Google Workspace account to Naologic?

We have plenty of applications whose true functionality is unleashed through email and calendar integrations. To link your Gmail and other Google services such as the calendar, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to your default avatar/profile picture in the top right of the header

2. Choose My account

3. Next, you'll land in My profile

4. Click Link Google Workspace

5. You'll now be taken to the Google authentication flow to verify your account

6. When your account has been successfully linked, you'll see a small checkmark underneath your profile picture to indicate that the Google account linking is active

If you wish to change the account password, you can do so in Advanced settings. For security reasons, email changes are not supported, for help changing an email, please reach out to support@naologic.com.
