Report History in Your Naologic Workspace

The report history in your Naologic workspace is a collection of all the reports that have been generated and exported by all workspace members. Accessing and managing the report history helps you keep track of past reports and their associated details. This article will guide you through the process of accessing and navigating the report history in your Naologic workspace.

Accessing the Report History

To access the report history, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the More function in the top navigation and expand the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the Report Center option.

  3. Inside the Report Center, you will find a tab called Report History.

Navigating the Report History

In the Report History tab, you will see a table with all past reports and their associated details. This includes:

  • Name of the report

  • Status (e.g., completed or in progress)

  • Type of report

  • Initiation date and time

  • Completion date and time

  • Creator of the report

When you hover over each item in the table, you will see options to download the report or delete the report altogether. Be cautious when deleting a report, as it will no longer be available for other workspace members to download.
