Naologic's Report Center is a critical component of the platform, allowing you to generate custom company reports and access system-generated reports to gain valuable insights. Accessing the Report Center
To access the Report Center in Naologic, follow these steps:
Log in to your Naologic workspace and navigate to the "More" function in the top navigation menu.
Locate and click on the "Report Center" function.
You'll now see two tabs within the Report Center: "Report Overview" and "Report History."
Generating Custom Company Reports
Custom company reports can be generated through individual workspace apps or directly from the dashboard. Here's how to create a custom company report:
Through Workspace Apps
Navigate to an app in your workspace.
Select entries within a table.
Open the advanced filter and generate a report based on your selection.
From the Dashboard
Make a selection on your dashboard.
Generate a report based on your selection.
Using System-Generated Reports
System-generated reports are automatically created by Naologic and are available to you at all times. You can find these reports in the "System Reports" section of the Report Center.
Managing Report History
In the "Report History" tab, you can view and manage your generated reports. This includes:
Name of the report
Status (e.g., completed, in progress)
Type (e.g., company, system)
Initiation and completion timestamps
Creator information
From the report history, you also have the option to download or delete generated reports.
