NDC Product Imports in Your Naologic Workspace

Importing NDC products into your Naologic workspace is an efficient way to manage your product information. This article will guide you through the process of importing NDC products using the import center.

Accessing the Import Center

To access the import center, follow these steps:

1. Locate the More button in your global navigation and click on Import.

2. You are now in the import center. Look for the NDC Products option and click on it.

Importing NDC Products

Once you've accessed the NDC product information import form, follow these steps:

1. Set the Import Frequency to specify whether your import is a one-time event or a recurring event that should execute automatically.

2. If it's a recurring import, select the start import date, schedule the import time, and choose the time zone.

3. Define the FTP Connection by selecting the FTP integration you'd like to configure and populating the upload settings.

4. Specify the import details for your file and choose whether certain types of data should be excluded from the import. Options include:

• Import products

• Include product categories

• Ignore specific products by ID

• Include vendors

• Ignore specific vendors by ID

• Set a price markup on your product pricing that will automatically be applied on import.

5. Click Start Import.

6. A notification will appear, indicating that your import is in progress. Depending on the file size and the amount of data you're importing, this process might take several minutes to up to 30 minutes.

Viewing Your Imported Products

Once the import is completed, you will receive a notification, and your products will be available in your items table. By importing NDC products into your Naologic workspace, you can efficiently manage your product information and improve your overall workflow.
