NDC Contract Imports in Your Naologic Workspace

Importing NDC contracts into your Naologic workspace allows you to efficiently manage and maintain your GPO contracts. This article will guide you through the process of using the import center and NDC GPO contract import form to import NDC contracts.

Accessing the Import Center

To access the import center, follow these steps:

1. Locate the More button in your global navigation, expand the dropdown and select Imports.

2. In the import options, find and select the NDC GPO contract information import option.

3. You are now in the NDC GPO contract import form.

Using the NDC GPO Contract Import Form

In the NDC GPO contract import form, follow these steps:

1. Specify the import frequency: Choose between a one-time import or a recurring event that executes automatically.

2. Set the start import date, scheduled import time, and time zone for recurring imports.

3. Specify the FTP connection by selecting the available FTP integrations with the FTP credentials provided by the NDC.

4. Specify the upload settings, including import details for your file and whether certain types of PPO contract numbers should be included. You can add, delete, and manage as many contracts as needed.

5. Click the Start Import button.

6. A notification will appear, informing you that the import has been initiated. Once the import is completed, you will receive another notification.

Viewing Imported NDC Contracts

After a successful import, your imported NDC contracts will be available in your GPO contract table. This enables you to efficiently manage and maintain your GPO contracts within your Naologic workspace, ensuring seamless operation and organization.
