Creating and Managing Company Reports in Your Naologic Workspace

Company reports in your Naologic workspace are custom reports created by workspace members to analyze specific data sets, track progress, and inform decision-making. These reports can be either company-wide or private, depending on the visibility settings. In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating, managing, and generating company reports in your Naologic workspace.

Accessing Company Reports

To access the company reports, follow these steps:
1. Locate the More button in the top navigation and click on it. 2. Select the Report Center option from the dropdown menu. 3. Inside the Report Center, you will find a section called Company Reports, which contains custom reports created by your workspace members or your company.

Creating Company Reports

Company reports are created from any app that has a table with an advanced filter. Follow these steps to create a custom company report:

  1. Navigate to the desired app and locate the table with the Advanced Filter option.

  2. Expand the Advanced Filter and apply the desired filters to your data.

  3. When the filters are applied, the option to Save as Report becomes available. Click on it.

  4. Specify a report name and provide a description.

  5. Choose the visibility of the report: company-wide (visible to all workspace members) or private (visible only to you).

Once you have created the report, it will be available in the Report Center.


Generating Company Reports

To generate a company report, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Report Center and locate the desired report under the Company Reports section.

  2. Click on the Generate button to initiate the report creation process.

  3. You will receive a notification indicating that your report is being generated. Once it is ready, the report will be available for download in your Report History.

Downloading Company Reports

When your company report is ready, follow these steps to download it:

  1. Go to the Report History tab in the Report Center.

  2. Locate the generated report in the list.

  3. Click the Download button to save the report to your local device.
