Effectively managing visitor accounts is crucial for a seamless user experience on your Naologic ecommerce storefront. In this article, we'll cover how to approve or reject new accounts, manage guest profiles, and activate or deactivate user accounts.

Approving or Rejecting New Accounts

  1. Access your Naologic workspace and select the "Ecommerce" tab.

  2. Navigate to the "Storefront Configuration" menu.

  1. Access your Naologic workspace and select the "Ecommerce" tab.

  2. Navigate to the "Storefront Configuration" menu.

  3. Locate the user table containing all visitor accounts.

From the user table, you can easily activate, manage, and deactivate visitor accounts:

  • Hover over the account you want to manage.

  • Click on the option to deactivate the account (or activate it, if currently deactivated).
