Managing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Contracts with Naologic
Once you've set up the basics of your Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract in Naologic, it's time to add items to it. This article will guide you through the process of adding and managing items in GPO contracts using Naologic's GPO module.
Accessing the GPO Contracts Table
To access the GPO contracts table, follow these steps:
Log in to your Naologic workspace.
Click on the "GPO" tab in the top navigation menu. This will take you to the GPO contracts table, where you can view existing contracts and manage their items.
Adding Items to a GPO Contract
To add items to a GPO contract, follow these steps:
Locate the desired contract in the GPO contracts table.
Hover over the contract to reveal three options: "Add or Edit Items to the Contract," "Edit Contract Basics," and "Delete."
Click on "Add or Edit Items to the Contract" to open the item selection interface.
Select items from your items database that you want to add to the contract.
Specify the item variant, if applicable.
Review and edit the item's cost, actual cost, and list price, if necessary.
Click "Add to List" to include the item in the contract.
Managing Items in GPO Contracts
After adding items to a GPO contract, you can manage and edit them as needed. To do so, follow these steps:
