Select Users from Your Deployed Workspace

The Users and Roles Dropdown Menu provides an efficient way to display a list of all users within your deployed workspace. This feature simplifies the process of user selection in dropdowns, making assignment and selection tasks smooth and streamlined in your application.

Installation

Access the Element Studio:

1. In the Individual App Canvas, locate and hover over the modal where you wish to add the Dropdown Menu (Users and Roles) element.

2. Click Access Element Studio.

Add the Dropdown Menu (Users and Roles) Element:

1. Inside Element Studio, click Add New Block.

2. Use the search bar to find "Dropdown Menu (Users and Roles)" and click to add it to the modal.

Setup

Configure the Dropdown Menu:

1. Connect to a Data Field: Link the dropdown to the data field where the selected user data will be stored.

The dropdown will automatically populate with users who are part of your project, making it easy to manage user assignments and streamline related processes.
