Adding and Configuring Studio Elements

In Naologic’s Element Studio, adding new elements allows you to configure the data inputs and displays for each modal in your application. There are multiple ways to add elements, enabling you to quickly build or expand on the structure of an existing modal.

Methods for Adding New Elements

There are three main methods to add new elements in the Element Studio:

  1. Add New Block Button:

    • Inside the Element Studio, click on the Add New Block button. This button provides a straightforward way to create and insert a new element into the modal.

  2. Copy Form:

    • If there are other modals of the same type that are already configured, you can use the Copy Form function.

    • Access this option through the search bar at the top of the Element Studio. By copying an existing form, you can quickly replicate elements and settings from another modal, saving time on setup.

  3. Add a Block Below:

    • If elements are already present in the modal, hovering over them will reveal a plus sign on the left side of each element.

    • Click this plus sign to Add a Block Below the selected element. This allows you to add new elements inline with existing ones for a cohesive structure.

Identifying Elements

Once elements are added to the Element Studio, hovering over them will display the element type. This feature helps you understand the purpose of each block within the modal, making it easier to manage and adjust configurations as needed.

With these options, you can efficiently add and manage elements to create well-structured, functional modals in your application.
