Working with Modals

Locating Modals

1. Access the Project Canvas: Navigate to the desired project in Builder Overview and open the Project Canvas by clicking on it.

2. Open the App Flow: Hover over the app you wish to modify and click on "Access app flow."

3. Open the Elements Menu: On the middle left side of the individual app canvas, you'll find a plus sign (+). Clicking on it will open a modal where you can find the available Tables under User Interface > Elements > Modals

Using Modals Effectively

• Choose the appropriate modal type: Select the modal type that best suits your specific use case, based on the content you want to display and the desired user experience.

• Design for clarity and simplicity: Keep modal content concise and focused, avoiding clutter and distractions. Use clear and concise language to guide users through the modal's purpose.

• Provide a clear call to action: Ensure that the modal includes a clear and prominent call to action (CTA) that guides users on what to do next.

• Consider user experience: Design modals that are easy to navigate and understand, with intuitive layouts and clear labeling of elements.

• Handle modal interactions effectively: Implement appropriate logic to handle user interactions within the modal.
