Predefined Actions
Predefined Actions come with specific out-of-the-box functionalities but can still be customized to fit your needs. Examples include:
Delete Entry: Remove an existing record from a data document.
Create Entry: Add a new record to a data document.
Update Entry: Modify an existing record.
Update Status: Change the status field of a record.
Empty Actions
Empty Actions are highly flexible and allow you to build customized workflows from scratch. These are ideal for unique operations that are not covered by predefined actions.
How to Add Actions to Your Project
To add either Predefined Actions or Empty Actions to your project, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Project Canvas: Open your project workspace where you want to add the action.
Access the Actions Library:
On the left side of the canvas, click on the plus sign (+).
Under "User Interface" > "Actions", you will find the list of available predefined actions and the empty action.
Drag and Drop:
